In our regular therapy sessions, I help you explore the root of what’s weighing you down — and gently shift what’s keeping you stuck, one realization at a time.

How therapy works?

I use a unique and deeply effective therapy process that blends traditional counseling with powerful tools from EFT, inner child work, and clinical hypnotherapy. This approach has proven to be highly transformational in helping my clients resolve deep-rooted issues.

Talking consultation sessions

We begin with weekly conversations where we explore your current challenges, reflect on past experiences and engage in guided exercises to build awareness and emotional safety.

Bringing core issues to awareness

As we talk, the deeper causes of your struggles will begin to surface. These could be rooted in childhood patterns, life events, or limiting beliefs formed over time.

Reflection

Guiding a Subconscious Shift

If the issue runs deep in the subconscious, I may include 1–2 sessions of clinical hypnotherapy. A gentle, guided meditative process to safely heal subconscious patterns.

Reiki Therapy

If a client feels anxious or overwhelmed to even begin​​

I use EFT techniques or Reiki to help them feel calm, grounded, and create a sense of safety.

My story and purpose

Hi, I'm Ankita!

 

For the past eight years, I’ve been helping people heal from anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm — guiding them toward clarity and peace.

​

My journey began in 2016, when I accidentally enrolled in a Reiki class. Those two days were magical — my first experience of how powerful healing can be. Later, talk therapy showed me the importance of being heard, supported, and reflected. It brought me back to a place of peace and balance.​​

​

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in healing practices to help others do the same. I’m trained in Therapy Counseling, Inner Child Healing, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Tarot, and Reiki — and I bring all of that into the space I hold for you.
