How therapy works?
I use a unique and deeply effective therapy process that blends traditional counseling with powerful tools from EFT, inner child work, and clinical hypnotherapy. This approach has proven to be highly transformational in helping my clients resolve deep-rooted issues.

Talking consultation sessions
We begin with weekly conversations where we explore your current challenges, reflect on past experiences and engage in guided exercises to build awareness and emotional safety.

Working through the issues
We use therapy practices and healing to address these issues. With consistent effort, clients often begin to notice weekly improvements with one realization at a time.

Bringing core issues to awareness
As we talk, the deeper causes of your struggles will begin to surface. These could be rooted in childhood patterns, life events, or limiting beliefs formed over time.

Guiding a Subconscious Shift
If the issue runs deep in the subconscious, I may include 1–2 sessions of clinical hypnotherapy. A gentle, guided meditative process to safely heal subconscious patterns.

If a client feels anxious or overwhelmed to even begin​​
I use EFT techniques or Reiki to help them feel calm, grounded, and create a sense of safety.
